Frankfurt Musik Messe '04

The following are photos and descriptions from the
International Frankfurter Musik Messe in Frankfurt,
Germany held March 31st thru April 3rd, 2004.

Getting ready for the next day.              Ben Belinga from Camaroon, S.E. Africa.
Gary with Dirk Coeckelberg and Fokke Blaauwbroek from classes Gary taught back
in 1984, in fact, Fokke also attended the clinics Gary gave in Meiderberg, Holland.

Daron Anderson and new guy, Ken Jensen tried to enter a special door.  Wall Brass!

The sax guys around the corner and a shot of part of their black sax body's display.

Assorted clarinetten (Yes, gold keys.) here and brass horns from another booth.

At least 6 companies had eliptical trumpets, most had eliptical background horns.

Daron and Ken, above, are American citizens working for the DoDDS repairshop in Weisbaden.  Ken just got hired and moved over here a few months ago.  You may remember the Add posted here back then.  He is from Utah and his family includes 3 children.  Daron has been here 15 years with his family.
I saw John Muller of the Windsmith on Faroe Island, that's about half way between Europe and Iceland, population 45,000.  I ran into Peter van der Aa who was pictured here last year.  Look back at the pictures from last year, he was with a Contra Bass Sax.  Jean-Claude Hammer from Schiltigheim, France stopped by as did Dick Coeckelberg of Faun Music in Grobbendonk, Belgium, and Fokke Blaaubroek of GEFOS Reparatie en verkoop van.  Many pictures on the next page.
