So, I guess this is the "Public Notice". This update kit contains all the parts you will need to bring your G78 Socket Grafting Jig up to "new specs". It consists of four metal rings machined and plated to establish the index of the socket, along with the other necessary hardware, instead of using a piece of plastic or wood.
