All New P58 Sax Neck Driver
    Removes another Big Headache!

A phone call prompted this time saving item for an area long ignored.  The Tenor Sax Gooseneck, where RODS WON'T or DON'T GO.

One day a while ago, I was sitting at my bench working on a dropped Farkas removable bell, when my friend Steve Goodson of Sax Gourmet in New Orleans, La. called. He said, "Why don't you guys make a tool to remove the dents between where the rods and ball stop coming from both ends in a tenor sax neck." I said, "Steve, we'll get right on that for you, and I'll send you the first one to try."
I got with Steve Willbur and after discussing what it had to accomplish, how the taper would be achieved and at what rate, Steve had a plan.  When we tried it, it was just a little stiff to work smoothly.  We looked at it again and Steve said, "I think we can do this", and disappeared.
The next day, there it was, on my bench.  Would it work?  I guess I lied to the Sax Gourmet, because; well, I had to try it first, and is it ever slick. You can knock out dents as easily as on any baritone or French horn, and QUICK.
In July, the first one WAS sent to Steve, the Goodson.
     Steve writes back.
"I've had mine long enough to tell you that this tool works really well
on those tenor necks that can't be reached with rods."  Steve Goodson
