Designed to be used on the bell flares of French Horns. An extra high stem helps to hold the bell on the mandrel, thus freeing both hands. Works best if used with Hand Burnishers found on (pg30) or P4-10 Double Handle and Cone shaped rollers found on (pg23) to fit the contour that your working on.

       The loose fitting flexible natured design of these mandrels makes it possible for the bell to be in contact with the mandrel at all times while rubbing with a double or single handled burnisher.
