New Tools to help you make
a fair profit quickly.
The idea for these power discs came about as a result of a
collaboration between a customer and Curtis a few years ago. After several
prototypes, that idea didn't seem to work out and another approach was taken.
The result of these changes was the Power Discs.
Later, while demonstrating the first Power Discs at a
clinic at Paul
Weller's near Boston, another couple of Repairmen asked if the idea could be made for use on saxophones.
The Z60-24 Saxophone Power Disc made its FIRST appearance the very next clinic,
three weeks later.
These rollers were developed after the Power Discs were
first put in
use, to help improve their performance and provide more "safety" in restoring
the contour of the tubing, while making
the job easier, too.
Now, for older 19-teens cornets; or piccolo trumpets from any time period.
In order to reach all the way around the Tuba bottom bow (branch) we
found that when this roller is mounted in the Z60-9A you can get ALL of
the surfaces covered. Especially, when doing the inside curve. You have
to put the roller under the branch and pull up on the arm (Z61-11) with
the roller.
This roller has the same radius used on the roller that goes into the fork.
Specially designed for the vulnerable "target"
instruments on the gridiron.
Other interesting stuff you can fly to:
This tool should hold the world's record for "least time spent"
removing dents in a trombone slide.
This tool has been made by us for many years, we just thought that it
is so good that in case you missed it we would show it to you again. With this updated version; there is no faster way to install, drive and retrieve a ball
in a cornet or trumpet than with this tool.
No wire to cut; its own weight makes for good inertia when using
your natural ramrod action.
This tool will cut your time on the job and provide for a better job, too.
Just the ticket for those pesky rental return dents down
in the bow.
This tool is the nest logical extension of our cable ball technology.
Click the blue P53 & name above and it will take you there.
A bright new way to smooth dents out trombone slides
without bending them. Inspired by my friend,
trombone Dr. Mike Webb, PhD. and refined for
production by Clifford Ferree, a trombone player himself, this
hand tool is another step forward in making the life of a Repairman easier,
less stressful and more productive.
This is another
good idea from my friend, Dr. Mike. Although we've
changed it a bit to make it more production efficient. It allows you even
another way to remove dents from your stubborn trombone slides.
