The ALL NEW Z60S,
Bench Mount Stand
There are many new shops being set up in stores that never had shops, repairmen working at home and new
shops where none had been before, so that we had to come up with a simple way to mount the Z60 in a super
small space. So, here it is, Gary, Steve and Curtis brought this neat, clean and strong mount into being
just before the Frankfurt Messe. Since dent machines have really taken off
during the last 3 years in Europe, this is
the small shop mount that everyone can use.
Now, you can use your Z60 right off your existing heavy
bench. The bench above
is made
from wood 2X12's back when they were 1 5/8" thick (4.1cm X 30.4cm)
The base flange is 6" X 6" (15.24cm square) and 3/8" thick (9.5mm) steel.
Heavy duty construction and it's offset so that you can use
the recommended Z61-6
counterweight (shown)
if you wish to eliminate any unintended flop. This makes it
easier to utilize the new 30 degree
'far reaching arm' and 5" or 7" roller combo on
the Baritone, Euphonium, French horn and/or Sousa and Tuba bells you are doing.
Additionally, this makes it less expensive for those who are building a single instrument specific machine,
like we have set up for so many of these smaller shops over the last few years; Trumpet only, Trombone only,
French horn only, Saxophone only and Tuba only, whatever YOU want.
This way, YOU CAN ADD ON
any other tools later, as your experience and opportunity allow, and not limit your investment.
