The Sax Gourmet '04
Home Up

At home with the Sax Gourmet,
              his lady Sharon and friends

I got there during a complete remodeling of the facilities and deca-annual "leveling" of the house built in the middle of the rice paddy.

Didn't matter, everything stopped, we got the twenty dollar tour, learned a lot about New Orleans architecture, plumbing and structures, ate well, got some more detailed local history such as it is all built below sea level,(like it was a rice paddy for 200 years,) and here's the pictures of SOME of it.

Here is Steve, 30,000 cheeseburgers ago,      Here is Sharon and friend, Harvey.

You don't see straight alto's everyday.        Steve at his workbench, with the alto.

Here is Steve's orderly bench.                 Here is more the organized storage.

The left side of the showroom.                         The middle of the showroom.

Here is the incoming work to do.                 Here is another wall of tools.

More storage, of course.                      Here is where the dents disappear.

Steve has lots of pictures of folks who wander the halls of the mansion.

Here is Steve's collections of pliers.          Here is one of Steve's favorite tools.

Here is Sharon & Steve and friend.           Here is one of Steve's clarinet clients.

I'd like to thank Sharon and Steve for their down home southern hospitality and Cajun Cuisine.  I enjoyed every moment of it and will always remember it.  It was very thoughtful, very well thought out and very well received.
