          Disc Rollers Z60-28,29 &30

These rollers were developed to make
the power discs work even better.

After being in the field a few months, most Repairmen found that the Power Discs worked so well that they wanted to be able to use them in even more situations than we had planned on.
So, these special rollers were designed, one after the other, for different purposes to make more jobs possible, faster and at the same time providing a better result.
The 5" extra long straight roller(Z60-28) was made to make doing larger diameter bells (Fr.Hrn,Br/Eu,etc.) safer and easier.  Install it with about 1/16" clearance from the arm (Z60-9A) In the event your arm gets tired or you relax, this roller will kind of "catch" the bell so you don't put a crease in it with back edge of the roller.  Basically, this roller provides more workable area.
The tapered slim roller(Z60-29) was made so when you're doing the bell of a cornet or trumpet, you don't run into the under side of the engraved area of the bell, further up the stem and put a crease in it with the edge of the stock 3 1/2" roller.
The convex roller(Z60-30) was originally intended for inside saxophone bells, but if you have it, you may as well use it in cornet and trumpets, too!  You can actually re-curve the flare of the bell where it had been straightened or made funnel shaped from previous repair attempts.
