    The NEW Z60-32 & Z60-33 Combo

My original drawing made in Germany while unpacking our crate.
I had even assigned it a wrong number as it turned out.  The idea
came when Curtis set up the machine, without any tooling at this
angle and in my mind, when I SAW it, I imagined a tuba in place.

This NEW roller/arm combo was designed to allow you complete freedom of movement when you're removing dents from the flairs of baritones, euphoniums, trombones, french horns, tubas and sousaphones.  THE All New Z60-32    30 degree  'Deep Finishing' Arm and the Z60-33 '7 Inch Roller' are unequalled in mechanical dent removal performance.

This shot shows the NEW relationship between
the power disc and roller combo and the quill.

Imagine, if you will, the machine thrown over your shoulder like a set of bagpipes, so that you can better attend to the matters at hand.  No more interference of the bell running up against the quill or the arm setting nut.  More freedom than you could ever have thought of.
This ALL NEW combination allows you to go so deep into a bell you actually can pass the flair and get into the tapered stack to remove kinks and slash dents.  (You'll be tempted to go too far.)
The New Z60-32  '30 Degree Arm'  moves the support arm and business end of the machine back over your shoulder so that it is completely OUT OF THE WAY.
The New Z60-33  '7 Inch Roller' provides that extra measure of security that you need when you have an uneven distribution of weight most brass instruments have.  The bigger the horn the bigger the influence of this phenomena.  After much testing of the 30 degree arm it was determined it could benefit from a deeper reaching roller that also could extend back to the arm for support.  (All of the pictures were taken with the Z60-28 five inch roller in place, before we made the new 7 inch model.  You can SEE why!)  The new Z60-33 will be riding NEXT TO the deep finishing arm and still reach an extra inch into the bell, to pass the point of tangency, so you don't accidentally crease the bell from inside out, if you relax too much..

With and without bell in place.  Picture in your mind the quill being straight up, with the bell still being in this position.

 IMPOSSIBLE is what it WAS.

The Z60-32  30 Degree Arm  is just $67.50+s/h
The Z60-33  7 Inch Roller is merely $87.50+s/h

Note:  You may only want to get the 30 degree arm and that is okay but, you
will probably order the 7 inch roller within 24 hours for safety purposes.
