Z61-16 '3rd-Hand' Base ViseJust the ticket for a sticky wicketPictured above is Dr. Mike Webb using his latest idea. "As long as the machine is setting there, why not use it?" Dr. Mike Webb With thinking like that, the Z60/61(E) has taken on a life of it's own. Dr. Mike has come up with several pretty good ideas over the last few years, I guess that's why he's a Phd. This new "3rd hand" accessory will fit in ANY Z61/Z61E base we've ever made. It has two different openings for different sized rods, and provides nearly infinite rod angles, and Mike likes the "work height" provided by this "Vise". "You can lean over it and use your body weight for some of the hand work spots for blending." he says. Yes, you can; and we like it, too! (Be sure you have your Z61/Z61E Base properly bolted to the floor!) Only $53.50, just about half the cost of a cheap vise.
